REOPENING GUIDELINES

Hours of Operation:
Tuesday-Thursday: Open at 4:00 pm
Friday-Sunday: Open at 1:00 pm
Monday: CLOSED

Indoor Dining 
All guests must leave the property by 11:00 PM per executive order of Governor Lamont
All guests must wear a mask while not seated at their table
Maximum number of guests at a table is 8
Indoor Events Maximum 100 Guests
Outdoor Events Maximum 200 Guests
Our bar seating will not be open for dining at this time. We do have high top tables available to dine at in the lounge.
We have installed wooden barriers, between most of our tables, for your safety.


Outdoor Dining in Heated Tent 
We are open for outdoor dining. 
Reservations are appreciated but not required. The best place to make a reservation is online through our website or yelp. However, if you do not see any available slots, or are considering dining out last minute, we encourage you to phone the restaurant to double check for availability at (203) 701-8970 Reservations that are for outdoor seating are weather dependent. We do have our outdoor dining area tented in case of an unexpected shower.

 Per Milford Department of Health and The State of Connecticut Executive Order you can expect the following when dining with us:
• We will be logging the name and phone number of the guest making the reservation.
• All guests will be required to wear a mask when they are not seated at the table. This includes entering, exiting and while using the restrooms. Masks are not required while seated at the table.
• Please take care to arrive as close to possible for your reservation time, as we will not have a large waiting area available. Please approach the hostess station from the parking area sidewalk so we can properly distance while waiting to be seated
• Menus will be single use, or for a green option, please visit www.bin100.com where you can view our food and drink menus right from your phone.
• While we will be offering full beer, wine & alcohol service, there will be no service unless you are ordering a meal

Curbside Pickup
We are currently offering curbside take out. Takeout must be picked up by close of business so please consider ordering in advance. All orders must be placed by phone.

Delivery
We offer delivery through our partners: GrubHub, UberEats, DoorDash

 Covid-19 Precautions
Like all members of our community, we are taking increased precautions to ensure the health and safety of our employees and our customers.

Employees:
• Employees are asked to not come to work if they are ill.
• All employees are temperature checked and screened for Covid-19 symptoms upon arriving for their shifts and this information is logged.
• Masks are worn by all employees and proper social distancing guidelines are adhered to within the restaurant during the preparation of your meal.
• Employees are required to wash their hands at every interaction with a guest or after clearing any item from a table.

Sanitizing and Disinfecting:
• We are sanitizing high touch areas and restrooms throughout the day.
• Our kitchen staff is following strict protocols for disinfecting as outlined by The Milford Health Department.
We have our restaurant sterilized by Envirpro every 30 days. They use an EPA approved product that cleans the air and every surface in the restaurant to hospital grade. The process has been tested and proven to work for at least 30 days.
